Pregnancy and motherhood can make it challenging to stay consistent with the healthy habits that makes us feel our best. Our circumstances are just different than most and we either have less time or bandwidth for things like working out, meal prepping, mindfulness practices, you name it. Since we're not changing our circumstances any time soon, I'm going to share with you a way to reframe consistency.
