People LOVE to comment on pregnant and postpartum people's bodies for some reason. And these (often well-meaning) comments can sometimes rub you the wrong way or make you self-conscious. In this episode, I'll walk you through how I personally separate from these comments so they don't sink too deep. I encourage you to do this mindset exercise as well!
