As a passionate mental health advocate, I share a lot of my mental health journey and lived experiences in this episode. I talk about grief and an injury that led to a decline in my mental well-being. My goal is for my vulnerability to help create a space of empathy and to remind you that you are never alone. Long term, I hope that this community can help to break down the barriers to accessing mental health care and stigma around mental well-being. You are seen, heard and loved.
