Welcome back to The With Intention Podcast!!!! After a few weeks away from recording, I am back at it and this is not an episode you want to miss. I am so happy and proud of myself for getting real about my deepest insecurity: my acne. I have struggled with cystic acne for about 10 years, have tried all the products and I am finally on accutane (with the guidance of my dermatologist). I discuss my entire struggle with acne and internal confidence. I open up about how ashamed and low I felt as a result of my acne. Check out this episode to hear my own misconceptions with insecurities and the epiphanies that came out of them.
