In today's episode I am joined by my hilariously talented friend and former Georgetown lacrosse teammate, Lauren Lisauskas. To many she is known as Lauren. But, to the Georgetown Women's and Men's Lacrosse teams, she is Sauce.
In this episode Lauren shares her experience in deciding to write a book, what that process looks like, how one goes about getting published, and how to market your product without comprising yourself. The name of this episode was inspired by an off the record conversation we had about how to navigate marketing yourself and your brand in a world where social media feels like the only way, but a way that feels difficult to break into and to stay genuine in.
