Jessica Johnson is a Health Coach who run’s Root and Revive Wellness. She works with parents to help them reduce the stress and overwhelm in their lives. Her personal experience of adopting and raising a sibling group of three children has taught her the importance of regular stress management practices. Her journey to overcome a stress related health condition has given her a deeper understanding on the mind-body connection and taught her the importance of eating a whole foods diet.
