In this episode, Catherine discusses how she navigates the hats associated with being a mom and a coach. After studying sociology in university, she worked as an education and employment coach which ultimately led her to starting her own coaching business. She does three types of coaching: strengths alignment, clarity on your calling and purpose, and general life coaching. She sees her role as a curious facilitator who asks a lot of questions in order to help her clients find the solutions to their problems. This process helps them transform their thinking/perspective in order to live the lives they desire. She's found balance in her role as a mom and coach by setting clear boundaries around her schedule. In the end, this has allowed her to continue to serve clients while avoiding burnout.
