Michelle is a somatic therapist, NLP practitioner, creator of Have It All Method, and host of the podcast Women Healing.
In this episode, she talks about the expectations she felt being the daughter of immigrant parents and how she began to shed those expectations in her 20's by learning about the vocabulary of emotions and the body.
In her 30's, she made the choice to discontinue doing things that didn't feel good in her body even if they were working. This led her to begin her podcast and work with women as a relationship coach.
In our conversation, she spoke of the importance of self-awareness and described a tool she uses with her clients called Right Now I Feel (RNIF). This tool aids them in their awareness of emotions that aren't supporting them and helps them determine the easiest thing they can do to make a shift in their life. This, in turn, breaks the pattern that is keeping them in stuck in what they don't want.
She's known as the Have It All Queen because she wants every woman to have the best of the best in everything!
