As a former educator with 31 years of experience, she learned to deal with many different types of personalities, to be less judgmental, and to see situations from different perspectives. This has helped her in her business since many of the issues her clients have with their staff are no different from what she dealt with in the classroom. She helps her clients shift their own thinking so they can work with their staff in new ways.
Patricia lives her life understanding the importance of aligning her mindset with where she wants to go. She says, "you can never outperform the image you have of yourself." In order to reach the goals you desire, you have to believe you can do it and live the emotion of doing it.
