In this episode, Suhaiba discusses being a woman in a male-dominated field and the part she plays in running the family business. In 2020, she stepped out on her own and started a consulting business called The Full Circle Business in order to help other contractors with their systems and processes in order to streamline their businesses.
When working with a client, her goal is to make the systems and processes they use easy and repeatable so anyone can follow them. She trains the client's team to use the same system every time in order to increase the chances of achieving their desired outcome. She says "the true key to success is not perfection, it’s consistency."
She managed a men's basketball teach in college, worked for the Philadelphia 76ers, and is the author of a book titled "Like a Girl." She hopes to use her business experience to help other women step into the world of leadership.
