News at Nine was joined by Chef Todd Sweet who is the Executive Chef of Holloway Commons, a UNH dining hall. Chef Todd compares his work at UNH with that in many restaurants around the world while also participating in a taste test and rating of some of HoCo's finest. Chef Todd also went into detail explaining how he sources ingredients for his meals, and how he goes about preparing food for thousands of people.
