In these deep states, the mystical powers of the Third Eye and higher consciousness centers are released. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep. This is the center where visions become reality, giving you direct access to the extraordinary powers that reside within you. Creativity, health, abundance and so much more. Differing from regular meditation while the student remains in the waking state gently focusing on the mind and watching thoughts come and go, rather yoga nidra, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state and into deep sleep, yet the student remains awake.
