Co-Teachers in Classrooms Getting Coffee (Season 2 Episode 12)
During our last episode with Keli Bradbury and Suzanne Graham from the Radford University Training and Technical Assistance Center (T/TAC) the book, Connecting High Leverage Practices to Student Success: Collaboration in Inclusive Classrooms by Melissa Jenkins and Wendy Murawsk, was mentioned as a go to resource. Participants in the Excellence in Co-Teaching Initiative for 2024-2025 are also studying this book and implementing its ideas in their classrooms. Today, we will zoom in on the importance of establishing and nurturing co-teaching relationships, intentionally discussing roles and responsibilities, as well as the hot topic - specially designed instruction (SDI).
