In this episode, Donna and Kit talk about their presentation for the Virginia Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) Conference. They discussed establishing routines and procedures (including for student absences), incorporating intentional movement breaks, providing clear expectations, utilizing private discipline, giving students a clean slate every day, and maintaining flexibility through it all. Donna and Kit also offer advice to new co-teaching partners.
