On this Catch-Up we will be reviewing the first two episodes of our PRACTICES SERIES: diving deeper into the specific methodologies and practical techniques for Self-Observation, Self-Remembering, Transformation of Impressions, and Meditation. These four practices are intimately connected, and yet the first three are often summed up as "mindfulness," and are as misunderstood as the genuine practice of meditation. Like all methodologies, these practices take many hours to master...but all the hours in the world spent practicing in poor form lead nowhere. No amount of diligence or commitment to transformation and meditation will yield any results of any real value. Most of what people call mindfulness and meditation isn't. Most people stop their "meditation" practice before they ever start actually meditating. As for transformation, most people stop at merely self-observation.
