Troy Evans is the founder of Commonspace Properties Inc., a development company that creates and manages inclusive spaces that cultivate connective human experiences. He believes our differences make us unique, and our commonalities are the key ingredients for a community.
On top of Commonspace, Troy has been building on a new project with his business partners. Vanderkamp is a unique and immersive experience set within 850 acres of pristine wilderness in Upstate New York. Taking inspiration from the natural world and the history of the land, Troy and his team have crafted spaces that encourage contemplation, conversation, and curiosity to celebrate the things that will make your experience there magical.
