Michael has built a career dedicated to unlocking human potential and empowering professionals to thrive. As an educator, minister, coach, and recruiter of superheroes, he helps individuals elevate their leadership skills, career readiness, and emotional intelligence—all through the power of connection and “people math.”
Born, raised, and educated in Syracuse, Michael made a name for himself in higher education, working at several institutions across New York State. With expertise in constituent engagement, professional networking, and digital marketing, he spent 20 years shaping campus communities before returning home to launch his own coaching practice.
Throughout his career, Michael has earned numerous accolades, including the NYU Advocate for Change Award and the Downtown Syracuse Committee Perfect Partner Award. He’s also the only business coach in Central New York accredited with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. His passion for community shines through his work with OUT Syracuse, the Armory Square Business Association, and the LGBTQ City of Syracuse Advisory Board.
