At Aqua Spa, she combines her communication skills with a heart-led approach to customer service, helping guests feel at ease while promoting the transformative power of float therapy.
Katie is a firm believer in authentic, relationship-centered communication, and she’s seen firsthand how wellness practices—like floating—can positively impact both personal growth and professional life.
