At the heart of her work is a focus on community partnerships and sustainable solutions. From driving the United Way’s evolving impact model to amplifying the voices of women leaders through the Women United affinity group, Katie is helping build a future where every CNY resident has the opportunity to thrive.
We also spotlight Day of Caring, Central New York’s largest single-day volunteer event, which brings together hundreds of volunteers to support dozens of local nonprofits through hands-on service. It’s a powerful example of how generosity and teamwork can move the needle on real community needs.
Outside of her work with United Way, Katie is a proud mom, dedicated neighbor, and passionate advocate for equity and empowerment across Central New York.
