Angela is the founder of Modern Fit Moms and a certified Women’s Health Coach and Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. With more than 1,900 moms worldwide benefiting from her programs, she has guided women through healing diastasis recti, eliminating leaking, and reversing prolapse symptoms, all while helping them rebuild confidence in the workouts they love.
Through her holistic approach, Angela combines strength training, breathwork, and corrective exercise to restore core and pelvic floor function, eliminate pain points, and empower women to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again. Her mission is not only about physical recovery, but also about reshaping how women view themselves in every season of motherhood.
