In this episode of Cultivate CNY, we’re excited to welcome Allison Graff to the show! Allison is a mindful health coach whose work blends yoga, holistic health, and integrative nutrition to help people live with balance and intention. As the founder of Ginger Tea Yoga Company, she has created a welcoming space for movement, mindfulness, and community connection in Central New York.
Allison’s work is deeply informed by her own journey navigating significant health challenges, which taught her the power of self-care, resilience, and mindful living. Through yoga, nutrition, and holistic practices, she empowers others to cultivate strength, balance, and healing in their daily lives.
Beyond her coaching and yoga practice, Allison has a background in art history and has served as Development Services Coordinator for the Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities and continues to expand her impact as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, guiding individuals toward healthier, more mindful lives.
In this episode, we explore Allison’s path from organizational service to wellness entrepreneurship, the philosophy behind her mindful health approach, and how resilience and self-care have shaped her vision. It’s a conversation about healing, strength, and creating sustainable well-being rooted in community.
