Description

In this insightful podcast episode, Alex and Diamond Thaxton engage in a dynamic and empowering discussion about the topic of self-confidence. Diamond Marie Thaxton is a psychotherapist and the Chief Transformational Officer of Thaxton Therapy.

Diamond has completed her post-doctorate degree in Psychology at Southern California University specializing in Positive Psychology, and is currently completing additional postgraduate studies in Public Administration at Valdosta State with a concentration in Non-Profit Operations and Public Policy.

Diamond considers herself an intuitive and holistic therapist; she believes that every person can achieve happiness if they resolve their trauma, increase their resiliency, and understand their personality.

The episode kicks off with a discussion on what self-confidence truly means. Diamond stresses that it's not about arrogance or being the loudest voice in the room, but rather an inner belief in one's abilities and self worth. To connect with Diamond, click here.
