A former hitman for one of Hawaii’s most notorious businessmen. Attached to Henry Huihui… Uncle Jeff spent 43+ years of his life in prison paying for the things he did as his “enforcer”
Truth is… he paid for it his entire life. His famous saying regarding this chapter... "GREG! I was never known to be a RAT... I never ratted out my peeps"
Though his ledger contained a lot of red… When Uncle Jeff came out of prison he truly showed us all the love and aloha that his name represents. “Beloved”
Uncle Jeff was a man that was loyal beyond measure. Even in his old age he always imposed “his will” upon us… it was always out of love and wanting things done the best way possible.
He really took a liking to my wife and our dear friend Leia as he seemed to find peace when he'd come to our church during prayer nights... just to politely interrupt and "talk story" :)
Even though his life was surrounded by darkness over the years I know that God still loved him and placed some really great people around him to love him through the heavy chapters.
To anyone that still has your loved ones around… hug them. Kiss them. Tell them you love them… dearly. Time is much shorter than we think.
