In this latest episode, I speak to the wonderful Caitlin Mitchell, Co-Founder of EB Academics.
In this conversation with Caitlin, we talk through what led her to take a 30 day break, how she found her first year alcohol free, while dealing with grief. We also discuss spirituality, purpose and being curious.
Caitlin holds a master's degree with a focus in curriculum development and secondary education. She has a wealth of experience in the field of education, having taught at the high school, middle school, and 5th grade levels for a total of 9 years.
Her dedication to teaching was recognized by the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce, who awarded her Teacher of the Year.
Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Principled Entrepreneurship Institute at Marin Catholic High School. In recent years, she has established a culture within her company and community that is centred on helping people to shift their mindsets in order to grow and thrive within their careers.
