Chrissy talks about how she didn’t feel she was bad enough to stop drinking, so kept putting it off and trying to
moderate, while people pleasing, as everyone around her was drinking.
She talks about shame, guilt, anxiety and feeling worthy. Plus regulating the nervous system, getting your needs met, and manifestation. We discuss health and
