Shipwrecked lives! Paul gives two basic laws that must be followed if our lives are not to be shipwrecked.
One involves “holding on to faith”. A gradual drifting from that level of confidence in the finished work of Christ will lead to a shipwrecked life, dulling the sensing unit that quickens your mind and recalls the Scripture when you are about to make a choice.
We need to take inventory and consider how we are reacting to the conscience of God’s Spirit and make the necessary corrections.
