Pathetic. Nobody goes to prison for smoking weed. What this does is allows for even more violent criminals to leave prison early, because anyone serving time for drug related offenses used these charges to plead down to the lesser offenses than the assaults and gun charges that carry much longer sentences. So this is another pathetic joke giveaway for the biggest losers in society so more idiots will vote democrat in the upcoming election
