Healing is an entire journey but that doesnt mean you have to go through it alone. Being triggered is one of the many things we as humans have to get through in life and though its never our fault we were traumatized in the way we were, we are responsible to heal ourselves in the ways that work for us. In this episode, we discuss our own personal triggers as well as how we've come to understand them and heal from them.
