This meditation is perfect when you are in nature, recommend to sit on a bench or wherever you feel good about sitting down with your eyes closed but you can also take a walk if you prefer. My intention is to unlock the experience of grounding effect the planet offers you, get in tune with the place you’re in right now and peace in your heart.

We’re coming to an end with basic season where I introduce you to all the basics of meditation. Wanted to include this one to this season, because being surrounded by nature weaken stress and fear. It’s helpful with releasing anxiety as it reduces heart rate and muscles tension.
