South Gate HS CA alumni, Jose 'Flake' Sanchez, gives the STR Pod a glimpse into his basketball journey, his mindset of being self-aware and how he is giving back to the Los Angeles community in his career as a Police officer and businessman during these trying times in a world of uncertainty.
