This week we are talking about our experience completing the Blogilates 2020 fitness challenge! This workout challenge consisted of 20 reps of 2 movements everyday for the first 20 days of January. This challenge was invented by YouTube fitness expert, Cassey Ho (aka Blogilates) with the intent to get people up and moving for the beginning of the new year.
