This episode tells the story of Thomas Weaver Bayliss, the brother of Philip James Bayliss, from Episode 8 - Military Man. Tom Bayliss fought in WW1 and WW2 and had mining interests in Papua New Guinea. His sons were airmen in WW2; one of sons tragically died in an aircraft accident.
