After taking the past few weeks to reflect on the challenge and what it taught me, in this episode I will chat about my top three takeaways. Committing to completing this challenge was life changing from both a mental and physical stand point, and I highly recommend anyone that hasn't challenged themselves to a reset of some kind to do so. Whether that's a two week, 30 day, or 75 day challenge, you owe it to yourself and your body.  I promise you will not be disappointed with your results.
