I've seen many ships in my lifetime of watching media. "Friends to lovers", "Enemies to lovers", "Opposite attract", "Childhood friends", etc. But the kind of ships that I like are the ones that are always up for debate. The ones are very ambiguous to the audience. These are the types of ships that have viewers debating if they are just friends or lovers, but the interesting part is that the ship works either way. When a "Ship" works either way it can give the audience something to interpret on their own but what I recently discovered is that most of these revolve around same-sex pairings in media. In this episode, I'm going to be talking about how this writing style of "ships" is entertaining but also is connected to queerbaiting.
