In this week’s episode I speak with Ultra Runner Dion Finocchiaro. He is the Australian 50km record holder, the 50 mile record holder and the Australian 6 hour record holder. He has a personal best marathon time of 2:19:41. He is head coach and director of Evolve Run Club and Evolve Myotherapy. He is also a father and family man who has been a runner since he was at primary school running laps of his school oval.
We discuss his journey of finding running, losing it and finding it again. We discuss inspirations, memorable races, running for connection and how it impacted his life. You will get an insight into the competitive beast that he is.
I really hope you enjoy it.
