This week on the Molloy Twins Podcast we are joined by a very special guest who is going to inspire you to be grateful for what you have in life…
Eoghan Gorman!
For those of you familiar with this man, you know what he’s all about
But incase you aren’t - here’s a quick background
Growing up, Eoghan was a typical kid - always active and on the move, loved sports - particularly martial arts and motocross, and was making his way in the World having completed his apprenticeship as a furniture maker (by his own admission, he was always better with his hands than his head! Lol)
However, on 6th October 2021 Eoghan’s World was flipped completely upside down, when he suffered a spinal cord injury as a result of an accident whilst out cycling with a friend.
The aftermath of the injury was devastating - leaving him in a coma for a few days, requiring a ventilator to breathe, and ultimately leading to him being paralysed from the shoulders down.
Months of rehab and hard work have gotten Eoghan to a point where, despite the long term impact of the injury, he is now in a position where he can speak openly about his experience and share his story.
It was such a pleasure sitting across from him, hearing how he has come to terms with this ‘new life’, and he has such a powerful message for every single one of us to take away in our own lives too.
We know you’re going to get so much value from this!
