Justin and Nick, alumni of Gettysburg College, shared their passion for entrepreneurship. Nick launched his company, No Cap Sports, which focuses on the new industry of name, image, and likeness for college athletes. He shared his experience as a collegiate athlete and emphasized the importance of teamwork, leadership, and adaptability in business. They also discussed the parallels between sports and business, highlighting the significance of hard work, consistency, and learning from mistakes.
