Earley begins his second season at VSU after spending two season at Colorado Mesa University for now-VSU head coach Tremaine Jackson. Earley helped lead CMU to a 10-3 record in two seasons. Prior to CMU, Earley served as defensive analyst at the University of South Florida in 2019, after joining the staff as the defensive graduate assistant working with the defensive line in 2017.
