Jarrod Rickman is the DC, LB, RC at Flowery Branch HS in Georgia. Coach Rickman shared his career journey that began with college football and the military, followed by returning to Georgia Southern to study.
He found his passion for coaching during his undergraduate studies and highlighted the importance of personal growth, teamwork, and systemizing everything. Furthermore, Justin and Coach Rickman spoke about building strong relationships with players while also establishing clear standards and expectations.
