Today I go into detail about my goals for the podcast and we start with a segment I will use with each guest who comes on: "4 Questions" where I ask the same 4 questions to each guest at the end of their episode. It is a great, fun way to get to know the guest beyond their trauma story and more about other sides of their life and history. I felt it was only fair to share my own answers to the same 4 questions.
**Trigger Warning/Explicit Content Warning** - we will talk openly and frankly about sexual abuse from the victims perspective. Sometimes cursing may be used, but kept at a minimum. Please practice self-care while listening to episodes and feel free to pause if you become triggered while listening.
