  1. Vision Boards: A beautiful, external reminder of our long-term goals. Whether online or in-person, vision boards are perfect to create at the beginning of the year or anytime you need a boost of inspiration!

  2. Weekly Rituals & Routines: Each week, I set my intentions and write down steps to bring my goals into reality. This practice keeps me grounded, helping me break down my goals into actionable tasks, so I can "get shit done" while staying connected to my bigger vision.

  3. Embodied Practices & Visualization: I share how I use my imagination to create an intentional life, not one driven by fear. By visualizing where I want to be and how I want to feel, I prepare my body and mind for success. I give personal examples, from training myself to be excited about traveling to Nepal to reimagining dating with positive connection rather than fear.

Finally, I introduce my herbal ally—yarrow, traditionally used by warriors to prepare for battle. This grounding herb is perfect for turning dreams into reality.
