There are plenty of resources when it comes to pelvic health, as well tools to make it easier to access all areas and apps to help with motivation. The NHS website is always a good place to start. If your issues persist despite practising the exercises for a few months or if your symptoms are severe, please seek medical help or a pelvic floor physiotherapist.
