On today’s episode, I discuss the concept of cycle syncing in workouts—a popular topic in the wellness space. Many people sync their exercise routines with their menstrual cycles. However, I advocate focusing on biofeedback, which factors in individual hormonal fluctuations, gut health, stress, nutrition, sleep, exercise, and recovery. Strictly following a regimented cycle syncing plan can be counterproductive. True cycle syncing is about tuning into biofeedback, not forcing workouts into a fixed plan. I always emphasize personalized biofeedback-based training for sustainable results.
