Why does society MOCK Christianity? Why do we see public mocking displays such as the 2024 Summer Olympic Games Opening Ceremony? In this episode, we discuss why and how this mocking takes place, but more importantly what is the Christian response? We take a hard look at Jesus’ life, ministry, and example to shape the way we think about how to respond in the face of adversity or persecution. We share some of our personal experiences with mockery and ridicule and walk you through some success stories! We talk about the responsibility of being ambassadors for Christ, in season and our of season, and discuss practically how to respond in love and understanding. The Bible is offensive to those with offenses, meaning that it’s not personal! The mockery in your family, in your school, in your profession, although sometimes extremely painful, is not about you. Feel encouraged because God is with us, He goes before us and behind us and beside us!! Trust the Spirit to speak through you!!!
