In this new series for the KIPS Podcast we go through all the content we developed from the past month. In January we had three new episodes of the KIPS Podcast and four YouTube tutorials. We kick the episode off by jumping into the four tutorials we published on YouTube: 3 Tips for Creating Your Virtual Studio, The Best Webcam for Online Workouts, The Best LED Light for Online Workouts, and the Ultimate Streaming Package for Zoom. These tutorials are focused on creating value for your online workout business. Making your content appear more professional will only help your customers when the time comes to invest in your service. The three guests we had on the KIPS Podcast were Jamie Nicholls, Katie Cruz, and Christa Fairbrother. All three are from different areas of the fitness industry and bring a unique perspective to the advice they provide for our listeners.
January is a month of self-improvement and fitness professionals are no stranger to that. As fitness professionals, we teach behavior change techniques and for ourselves constantly look for advice on how to grow our business. What we’ve seen over the last two years within the fitness industry is that there’s no hiding from doing the items outside our comfort zone to build your fitness business. Excuses used to vary between “I’m too old to do social media” or “I don’t need XYZ to get more clients.” That mentality has needed to shift in order for instructors to make a living and evolve their career.
This monthly podcast episode is designed for the busy fitness professional that wants to hear about the new content we’re producing and short on time.
