Jamie Baxter lives in Westfield, Indiana with his wife of six years, Colleen. They have three young children at home, and a son who has gone before them to God.
Jamie studied Philosophy, Catholic Studies, and Classical Languages at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and Theology at St. Meinrad Archabbey in southern Indiana, while in seminary formation.
He began working full-time on Exodus 90 in 2015, almost a decade ago. Since that time, more than 100,000 men from 70 countries have become Exodus men.
Exodus 90 exists to serve men in becoming uncommonly free through practices of prayer, asceticism, and fraternity.
Started as a 90-day challenge, the team at Exodus has worked to build out the Exodus 90 app, which serves as a personal formation platform for men around the world. The app is designed to help men grow into their identity as sons of God, enter into ongoing formation with the support of a brotherhood, and to  support men in becoming who God created them to be.
