Scott Williams was born and raised on the southside of Indianapolis and studied Public Management at IUPUI. After graduating, he served for a summer of mission work in the pro-life movement before starting his professional career as an entry level sales rep. He quickly knew that he was being called to work in ministry full-time.

In 2011, Scott was hired as the Coordinator of Youth Ministry at St. Jude Catholic Church where he began developing his craft as a ministry leader. This fueled his passion for working with young people, and in 2014 he transitioned to diocesean ministry serving as the Program Coordinator for the Office of Youth Ministry where he was able to work on larger events and retreats. He then went on to get a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies with a focus in Church Management while also transitioning into the Director of Youth Ministry role.

In Scott’s career in ministry, he championed professionalism in lay ministry and advocated for young people having a seat at the table. He served on national committees and worked closely with the National Federation of Catholic Youth Ministry to run the local logistics on the National Catholic Youth Conference.

In 2017 he and his wife founded Sock Religious, a Catholic sock company, as a fun side project which quickly grew into a thriving company which now employs over 20 people on the southside of Indianapolis and is part of the umbrella company, Catholic Concepts.

Scott and his wife Elisabeth are proud parents to Dominic and Hannah and are members of St. Barnabas Parish. They love traveling the country and adventuring in their motorhome, RV Maria.
