Comparing our Garmin watch “body battery” levels, we commiserate on heavy life demands and suboptimal rest. The television show “Resident Alien” (starring Alan Tudyk) says a human body needs 10 hours of sleep and Laura agrees. How do you sleep that much and that well? Preparation! Additional life strategies are discussed through the lens of “personal supply lines” and we share what we know about living well on limited resources. Special shoutout to “Tank Girl” (1995, dir.
