Her creamery has won many awards and accolades, including best ice cream flavor in North America. The company has 8 retail locations with plans to expand throughout the Midwest before going national. Tamara's team of 130 employees, along with her 25k square feet production facility, help her spread her ice cream (including vegan and alcohol-infused flavors) throughout the country via retail and ecommerce sales.
