Today's guest is Katie White from Olive Wood Vegan blog. Katie is a singer-songwriter turned vegan chef living in regional Western Australia. She uses her creative talents to connect and inspire others to explore veganism through her original songs and rustic, seasonal recipes using home-grown produce. In addition to producing creative content, Katie teaches cooking classes and works as a freelance writer for plant-based pulications, including Nourish Magazine. She has some big projects coming up and is one to watch in the vegan space!
